Thank you for Coming Together to Hone our Craft at #mtpcon SF 2019 [Mind the Product]
Last week we gathered 1,650 passionate product people from 34 countries around the world in San Francisco for two days of learning, sharing, and honing our craft. It started with nearly 600 attendees deep-diving into new skills during a day full of workshops and product leadership discussions, followed by a fantastic kick-off event hosted by some of our sponsors. The next day saw the full 1,650 attendees descend on the iconic Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco’s Civic Centre for a day of 10 incredible keynotes from Denise Jacobs, Michael Sippey, Brandon Chu, David J Bland, Tricia Wang, Fareed Mosavat, Steve Portigal, Kathy Pham, Elizabeth Churchill, and Teresa Torres.
A huge thanks to our tireless team for making it all happen – from our crew, volunteers, and production and venue staff to our sponsors. Above all though, thanks to our wonderful speakers for getting the conversation started and to our terrific audience for keeping it going late into the night.
Mind the Product has been my favorite conference ever. It’s just my people, my community, people who do my craft.Kathy Pham, Fellow at Mozilla, Harvard, and MIT
With over 19.9 million impressions on Twitter and 1,650 passionate product people in the room, Mind the Product continues to be the biggest product conference in the world, and – thanks to all that engagement by our speakers and audience – it’s also the best. And we’re not the only ones who think so, check out our recap video above, or the write-ups and audience reactions below!
See you in London in October!

1) There were so many moments at #mtpcon that challenged me to evolve my own thinking about PM. That’s how we get better, and that’s how we move the field forward. And, honestly, I haven’t always been *super* eager to put myself in those situations.

Best #mtpcon out of the three (four?) I’ve attended. New voices, speaker diversity, nice theming of topics. Will be back next year
